Originally launched as a digital mood board, JJJJound, operated by founder Justin R. Saunders, has grown into a leading design studio operating out of Montreal, Canada. For its latest venture, the label reconnects with Japanese luggage and accessories brand PORTER for two types of shoulder bags.
The first collaborative installment included three versions of duffel bags, briefcases, and pouches. This series follows up with two sizes of “Navy” shoulder bags dressed in nylon and metallic hardware. Details include a detachable strap, a Tyvek name tag sewn on the inside and a subtle beige JJJJound tab sewn next to the classic PORTER tag.
The small and medium-sized PORTER x JJJJound bags will be on sale for ¥25,300 and ¥36,300 JPY (approximately $230 and $330 USD) from September 10 at the PORTER flagship store in Omotesando and Osaka, PORTER EXCHANGE in Shibuya and Osaka, Dover Street Market Ginza, and the Yoshida Kaban online store.
